Exactly as shown, no missing pieces very easy assembaly and fast shipping what more could a person want? It also has a coat hanger bar on the back of the chair that isn't mentioned.

My new computer chair has a bar across the back, where a wrap against drafts conveniently hangs, two reliable levers for attitude adjustment, and rolling feet that let me scoot wherever. Wipe-cleanable. No gimmicks. I like it.
